This is a nonrefundable deposit that will go towards the total price of your piece. Many of our materials are sourced directly from the Philippines and local vendors and may take time to receive.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for the completion of your custom piece. Once your piece is completed you will be sent an invoice for the remaining amount due.
We offer a complimentary repair on all custom pieces within 2 years of purchase.
